GCC Strategy & Transformation Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the design of GCC vision, strategy, and operating models, working across Business, Innovation, and Enabling Services.
• Contribute to GCC set-up workstreams: governance design, talent mobilisation, Day One readiness, and command center establishment powered by Reinvention AI.
• Help clients identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities and agents from the outset of GCC operations.
• Support transformation programmes including GCC health checks, capability expansion, modernisation, and workforce reskilling.
• Develop client deliverables — analyses, frameworks, recommendations — with growing autonomy and structured thinking.
• Work across geographies and functions, connecting business and technology perspectives to deliver integrated solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years in consulting, strategy, or operations, with exposure to cross-functional environments and complex business problems.
• You are interested in how organisations work — across finance, HR, supply chain, technology, marketing, or data — and you naturally connect dots across functions.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies — and how they are reshaping the way organisations operate and deliver value.
• Ambitious and proactive — you take ownership of your work, seek out learning opportunities, and are not afraid to step beyond your comfort zone.
