Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in modern web technologies, cloud-native development, and insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs, along with fluent German and English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications.
- Build scalable solutions using TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- Develop cloud-native applications and integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in solution design, estimations, code reviews, and Agile delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Follow coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- TypeScript
- Ruby on Rails
- Vue.js
- GraphQL
- REST APIs & Microservices
- Cloud-Native Development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with insurance technology platforms.
- Insurance domain knowledge (P&C, Life, or General Insurance).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, and containerization.
- Customer-facing consulting or implementation experience.
