You will design and distribute internal communications, maintain a process portfolio, and manage our document site. Engage with diverse teams and contribute to training coordination, all while being part of our mission for sustainability and innovation in the renewable energy sector.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the improvement of our process portfolio to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive department communication plan.
- Design and distribute internal communications, including newsletters and reporting templates.
- Maintain and update the process document site to compile key information effectively.
- Serve as Community Manager for platforms like Viva Engage, fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Assist in change management for process implementation and coordinate training across various regions.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Background in process management, continuous improvement, communications, or business management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong creative writing abilities.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent or native English is required.
