Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Experience in planning, routing, scheduling and control of personnel and cargo movements over lines of communication;
• Knowledge of the infrastructure, organizations, facilities and equipment necessary for the deployment, sustainment and re-deployment of NATO forces during mission execution;
• Understanding of mobility, transportation, infrastructure, movement control and support functions.

Desirable:

• Experience in NATO working environment or other international organizations;
• Course LOGFAS A0252 movement execution and coordination manager;
• Course LOGFAS A0225 operational movement planning.

Duties/role:

• Developing Battalion (Bn) movement plans and coordinating movement activities for subordinate deployable organizations;
• Assisting in the preparation and issuance of plans and orders for Battalion deployments, operations, and exercises;
• Coordinating the implementation of future movement requirements.
