Imagine leading technical cases independently while collaborating with colleagues across departments to tackle complex technical challenges that are vital to our business. You will deliver innovative technical solutions that meet defined requirements based on industry standards, and your expertise in root cause analysis of large bearings will be key to your success. Your work will also support supplier claims, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to excellence. With your excellent communication skills, you will engage with customers on high-stakes topics, making a real impact in the renewable energy sector.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead technical cases independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
- Deliver technical solutions that meet defined requirements based on technical norms and standards.
- Support supplier claims by providing expert knowledge in root cause analysis of large bearings.
- Engage with customers on critical bearing topics, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Combine technical requirements with commercial insights to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
What You Bring
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of bearing design, calculations, and field performance.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in root cause investigations on large bearings, preferably in the Wind Industry.
- Strong documentation skills for investigations and findings, potentially for legal purposes.
- Experience in customer interactions regarding critical bearing topics.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.

The Bearing Module is dedicated to ensuring the performance and reliability of Main Bearings, Blade Bearings, and related sub-components in our installed fleet of turbines.
