• Gross monthly salary in CLA scale 8 between € 3.101 and € 3.839 (based on 40 hours), with growth potential up to € 4.581 depending on experience.

Quality assurance is central to your work: you carefully register and resolve complaints and follow up on internal and customer-related corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). You work confidently with systems such as Blue Yonder, respond quickly and stay calm under pressure.

• Leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Strong analytical skills and confidence using systems and reports

• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage

• A proactive, solution-focused approach

What makes our Nijmegen campus so special? You’ll be working at our Life Science & Healthcare campus, contributing to logistics processes that make a real difference to healthcare both nationally and internationally. The campus consists of three buildings with a total floor area of approximately 92,293 m². Your work will focus on animal nutrition and medicines, supporting veterinary healthcare. You’ll lead a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators and report to the Shift Manager.
