We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented FP&A Data and Insights Manager to transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making. In this highly visible role, you will lead the development of interactive****reporting solutions, management dashboards, and analytics capabilities that enable faster, smarter decisions across the organization.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Design and continuously improve interactive analysis, reports and dashboards to provide meaningful visibility into financial and business performance.
- Transform complex financial and operational data into clear insights, intuitive visualizations, and compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance, Digital & IT, and business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by maintaining KPI definitions, reporting standards, and robust validation processes.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes, while enabling self-service analytics through reusable datasets, user-friendly dashboards, training and guidance materials.
- Support planning cycles, business reviews and strategic initiatives with forward-looking analysis and actionable recommendations, acting as a trusted business partner to help leadership teams make data-driven decisions. Your Qualifications And Experience
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, business intelligence, management reporting, or a similar role within an international business environment.
- Advanced expertise in ERP systems, data modelling, automation and dashboard development, preferably within tools like Power BI, BOARD, and Microsoft 365 package.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, management reporting, and KPI frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations, combined with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, agile and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills, high attention to detail and a passion for building efficient, scalable reporting solutions. Our offer

- Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 45.080,- gross per year, based on full-time employment.
