• Help guests with purchase of gaming play cards or to book and play a VR session.
• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting players with game operations, explaining gameplay, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Supervise gaming areas to ensure safety protocols are followed and that all equipment is used responsibly.
• Manage cash handling duties including ticket redemption, prize distribution, and processing transactions accurately.
• Support the setup and troubleshooting of arcade machines and VR equipment to keep games running smoothly.
• Lead by example in supervising team members, managing conflicts professionally, and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Conduct routine inspections of gaming stations to identify technical issues or safety hazards and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Educate guests on game rules and safety guidelines while promoting responsible gaming behavior.
