Responsibilities

Team Effectiveness

Improve the effectiveness and delivery capabilities of three engineering teams within the ESW organization

Agile Facilitation

Support teams operating under different Agile processes and frameworks

Team Enablement

Coach and enable engineering teams to improve collaboration, autonomy and delivery practices

Process Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements that increase team effectiveness and delivery outcomes

Change Management

Drive change initiatives and support the successful adoption of new ways of working

Organizational Development

Contribute to broader organizational development and cultural transformation initiatives

Leadership Collaboration

Collaborate effectively with different leadership roles and support escalation and de-escalation management

Goal-Oriented Delivery

Help teams establish and maintain clear goals while supporting continuous improvement

Requirements

SAFe Knowledge

Expected knowledge of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

Scrum Master Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role

Leadership Mindset

Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to support and influence engineering teams

Change Management

Proven track record of successfully driving change initiatives

Documented Outcomes

Ability to provide documented case studies describing implemented changes and achieved outcomes

Agile Frameworks

Understanding of Agile processes and the ability to work with teams using different frameworks

Team Enablement

Ability to support and enable teams in improving their effectiveness and ways of working

Organizational Influence

Ability to contribute to process improvements, cultural change and organizational development
