About the role
As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will act as a strategic communications partner to our Business Groups and key stakeholders. You will translate business priorities, product strategies and market opportunities into integrated campaigns, high‑quality content and impactful communication initiatives across multiple channels.
You will lead end‑to‑end campaign execution — from planning and messaging development to delivery, measurement and continuous optimization. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Applications, Regional Marketing Managers and Senior MarCom colleagues, you will ensure that communication activities are aligned, audience‑focused and contribute directly to commercial success.
In this role, you will be recognized as a subject matter expert within your Business Group or site. You will advise stakeholders on messaging, content strategy, channel selection and campaign effectiveness, while leveraging AI‑enabled communication tools and data‑driven insights to enhance efficiency and engagement.
Alongside managing your own portfolio of projects, you will support junior team members through coaching, knowledge sharing and best‑practice guidance.
What you will do
- Lead integrated marketing communication campaigns from planning through execution.
- Develop compelling content tailored to multiple audiences and channels.
- Drive strategic event planning and execution.
- Serve as the primary communications interface for designated Business Groups.
- Define campaign objectives, messaging, tactics and measurement frameworks.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage communication plans for product introductions and strategic initiatives.
- Apply AI‑enabled tools to enhance content creation and audience engagement.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints.

What you will need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications within an international B2B environment, preferably in technology or semiconductors.
- Advanced copywriting and communication expertise.
- Experience with integrated campaign management.
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled communication tools.
- Understanding of semiconductor markets and Nexperia products (or willingness to learn).
- Strong audience and persona development capabilities.
- Expertise in content strategy and content creation.
- A critical and creative approach to problem‑solving.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Business orientation and the ability to align communication with commercial priorities.
- A focus on delivering measurable results in a fast‑paced environment.
