At AMS, we focus on skills, potential and the ability to grow. We are looking for an IT Recruiter who brings strong capability in end‑to‑end IT recruitment and stakeholder partnership and is motivated to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes for a leading biopharmaceutical client.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers within the MSD Czech IT Hub, contributing to a collaborative, results‑driven recruitment partnership.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT roles within the MSD Czech IT Hub by applying your recruitment delivery expertise
• Use your sourcing skills to proactively build diverse candidate pipelines across multiple channels
• Apply your assessment and screening skills to deliver high‑quality shortlists in a timely manner
• Use your relationship‑building skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
• Use your communication skills to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through regular updates and transparency
• Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate systems, reporting, and management information
• Contribute to SLA, KPI, and team objectives through effective prioritisation and delivery
• Use your analytical skills to undertake market mapping projects and provide insight‑led recommendations

Skills & Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in managing end‑to‑end IT recruitment processes across European markets.
• Fluency in English and Czech, with strong professional communication skills
• Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a practical, solution‑focused mindset
• Strength in analytical thinking, including market mapping and data‑driven decision making
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements within recruitment delivery
• A proactive, “can‑do” mindset with creativity in sourcing and problem solving
• Experience supporting recruitment within complex, global organisations
