We are looking for a person who can help us improve our services and the satisfaction of our clients. You can be part of the team. What would your day to day be like?
Daily management of the personnel in charge (assignment of positions, rotations, monitoring of tasks, etc.).
You will be responsible for working to improve the team, safety, KPIs, use of overtime, productivity.
Communication: pre-work instructions, safety, procedures, department meetings, etc.
Training of the personnel in charge.
Daily (and holiday) resource planning and adjustments and execution of plans.
Direct communication with other departments.
Reports.
What do we expect from you?
You are flexible and analytical, you like to solve problems and make decisions.
Vocational Training studies are essential (a completed or in-process university degree will be valued).
Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.
Flexibility is important within our organization, also for this position - Hours: 16:00-00:00 (Monday to Friday).
Knowledge of the English language.
Curious, with leadership qualities and quick in making decisions.
Strong communication skills.
Resolute leader capable of solving unforeseen events that arise in operations.
Previous experience in team management, as well as department, will be valued, with focus in the Air area.
