Academic Success Coach (PT) - TPH Valencia

We are in search of a part-time team member who can play an important role in helping our student-athletes reach their maximum potential at International Soccer Academy IDA Powered by TPH in Valencia**, Spain**. The Academic Success Coach will be responsible for assisting students with our blended learning platform, supervising a classroom of students, and monitoring academic progress of student-athletes. They will coach student-athletes directly in academic areas, and mentor them in the process of becoming more confident, self-directed learners, while meeting their academic goals. The Academic Success Coach provides instruction and support in study strategies, time management, and other skills necessary for student success. They also assist with academy-wide projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Academics and other TPH staff. This is a part-time position scheduled to work 25 hours per week at an annual pay rate of €21,000.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience providing instruction and/or academic coaching.
• Ability to communicate effectively and teach/coach others.
• Knowledge of coaching, instructional, and mentoring techniques.
• Computer skills including Google Suite and ability to learn other software programs utilized by TPH.
• Fluency in English required, bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Authorization to work in Spain without restrictions.
