Service Center Agent - Dutch Speaker - Presencial

Lufthansa Ground Services Portugal (LGSP) is a Portuguese company headquartered in Porto, with more than 300 employees across Porto, Lisbon, and Faro. We are currently recruiting for the position of Service Center Agent to join a Competence Center specialized in commercial aviation, providing worldwide remote operations for airport services, crew management, travel agencies, and end customers. This is an on-site position.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in shifts;
• Good listening and communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Interest in acquiring new technical knowledge in the field;
• Fluency in English;
• Intermediate level of Dutch;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Previous experience as a travel agent is preferred;
• Previous experience in similar roles is preferred.
