Job Summary:

• Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.
• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately post after receipt into the register system.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of bartending or food & beverage experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
• Knowledge of drink preparation, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service.
• Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Maintain a positive, professional work environment.
