CRO / Experimentation Developers - 100% remote, ASAP, 6+ months

Dear Developers, We're currently looking for several CRO / Experimentation Developers for one of the leading tech companies in Europe. The role is 100% remote and long-term. QUICK FACTS:

• Freelancing/Contracting

• Start: ASAP

• 100% remote

• Duration: long-term 6+ months

• Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible

• Language: English

• Central European Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in conversion testing, including A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT)

• Hands-on experience with an experimentation platform, Dynamic Yield preferred; Optimizely or Adobe Target also welcome

• Strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing experiments and personalization

• Experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)

• Comfortable implementing and validating test variations directly in live production environments
