Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Analyze operational scenarios, user needs and business processes within the aviation industry
• Gather, document, organize and refine both functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable specifications for development and testing
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, researchers, developers and other team members in an international environment
• Support the design, implementation and validation of solutions to ensure they meet user and operational requirements
• Continuously improve analysis methods, documentation quality and ways of working within the team

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Aviation background (education or hands-on in flight planning/operations)
• Good knowledge of flight planning, briefing docs, airline operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience as Business Analyst or motivation to develop in this area
• Ability to translate operational needs into requirements for development/testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Willingness to work hybrid (2 days/week in Gdańsk)

Nice to have:

• Business Analyst experience in IT projects
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system integration
• Polish language skills
