Senior Consultant - AI Architect (F/M/X)

As a consultant, you will be embedded in a high‑tech innovation environment, helping engineering teams prepare data for AI use cases, connect AI solutions to enterprise systems and workflows, and turn Generative and Agentic AI prototypes into production-ready solutions for engineering products and systems.

You will work closely with engineering teams and AI Solution Architects to make AI applications useful in daily operations. Your work will cover data preparation, system integration, solution development, monitoring, and adoption across low-code and pro-code environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and structure engineering data for Generative and Agentic AI applications, resolving data gaps and quality issues.
• Design and implement integrations through APIs and MCPs, connecting AI solutions to enterprise systems, engineering tools, and knowledge sources.
• Partner with engineering teams to build and adopt AI solutions in their day-to-day workflows.
• Convert prototypes and MVPs into production-ready applications that teams can maintain and reuse.
• Coordinate technical choices with AI Solution Architects, including technology stacks, deployment models, LLM selection, and implementation practices.
• Build reusable components, integration patterns, and technical playbooks for use across multiple teams and business cases.
• Monitor AI applications and improve their performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and response quality through evaluation and feedback loops.
• Apply security, privacy, responsible AI, and enterprise governance requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, data engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience building AI-enabled applications, integrations, automation services, or data-driven systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience developing services, integrations, scripts, or workflow automation.
• Experience preparing, structuring, storing, and documenting data for AI applications.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, system integration, databases, knowledge bases, and enterprise data environments.
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype or MVP stage through testing, deployment, and production use.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, evaluation methods, monitoring, and AgentOps practices.
• Experience with low-code and pro-code tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Codex, Anthropic Cowork, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work with structured engineering processes, technical documentation, version control, deployment workflows, and lifecycle management tools.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with engineering teams in federated transformation programmes and complex technical environments.
