Demonstrated experience in driving HR initiatives and projects within an international business setting
Exceptional communication and networking skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and analytical approach
High level of business acumen and assertiveness paired with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
Previous relative work experience in HR, Project Management, Consulting or equivalent
Fluent in English (C1 level)
Structured & data-driven approach Your tasks

Drive HR projects and initiatives across different teams and countries, working closely with HR and business functions
Support strategic topics such as retention, succession planning, skills development and workforce planning
Turn HR data, KPIs and trends into clear insights and actionable plans
Prepare reports and presentations to support business and HR decision-making
Develop and track key HR metrics and help identify areas for improvement
Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR teams and business leaders globally
Support and guide HR colleagues through complex challenges
Coordinate HR topics across countries and work with local and central HR teams to find smart, practical and cost-effective solutions Be part of us
