As Senior Manager, Global eCommerce Analytics, you will play a critical role in defining and driving Pandora's global eCommerce analytics agenda. Combining strategic leadership with deep analytical expertise, you will ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across our eCommerce organisation while enabling teams to unlock greater value from data, technology, and customer insights.
You will lead a team of 3 analytics professionals, govern key analytics platforms, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Global eCommerce, helping shape strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
Analytics platforms & governance
- Own and govern E-commerce analytics systems landscape.
- Drive platform adoption, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Manage key vendor relationships and ensure analytics excellence across the organisation.
Analytics Centre of Excellence
- Lead Pandora's global eCommerce analytics community.
- Establish analytics standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Drive capability building through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Data quality & insights
- Lead the data quality and governance agenda across eCommerce analytics.
- Deliver deep-dive analyses and actionable insights that support business growth.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Forecasting & performance analytics
- Oversee forecasting frameworks and analytical capabilities.
- Support commercial planning through performance measurement and forecasting insights.
- Continuously improve analytical approaches and decision-making tools.
Strategic business partnering
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to Global eCommerce leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives with data, insights, and analytical frameworks.
- Influence decision-making through fact-based recommendations.
Team leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Build capabilities in analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture.
What is needed to succeed
We imagine that you bring significant experience within eCommerce analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, combined with a passion for turning data into business value.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:
- Strong experience in eCommerce analytics, digital analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related analytical disciplines.
- Extensive experience working with web analytics platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics, with experience in ContentSquare or similar digital experience analytics tools considered a strong advantage.
- Experience owning analytics platforms, driving governance frameworks, and ensuring data quality and adoption across large organisations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions through data and insights.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience defining analytics methodologies, frameworks, and best practices within a global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, performance measurement, experimentation, and digital performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed, international environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for building data-driven cultures.

Working closely with commercial, marketing, technology, and analytics stakeholders, you will help shape the future of eCommerce analytics and ensure data remains at the heart of decision-making across Pandora.
