Operations Associate

About the role

You’ll work directly with our Head of Operations to get robots into stores and keep them running. New store launches, first deployments, and on-site problem solving are all part of the job. This is the best seat in the house if you want to learn how a robotics company actually works.

What you’ll do

• Run store rollouts end to end, including site prep, install, first shifts, and handover
• Be in stores with customers, training staff and fixing what comes up
• Build the checklists and processes that make the next launch faster

What we’re looking for

• High agency, with a tendency to see the gap and close it without being asked
• Good with people, including store managers on a busy day
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, unfinished environment where the plan changes
• Willing to travel to stores in Sweden and Finland
