This recruitment is for Software Engineers to support business continuity within the Software Application Engineering organization. The primary objective is to insource critical technical expertise for existing projects, reducing reliance on external resources and securing long-term operational stability. To achieve this, the role is structured around the complete software development lifecycle. Key areas of focus include maintaining and enhancing existing software applications, implementing robust quality assurance through comprehensive testing and code reviews, and providing operational support within a DevOps framework. Given the focus on application development and operational continuity, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a software engineer. Essential qualifications include proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, a strong understanding of agile methodologies, and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications for fleet operations management, ensuring code quality and adherence to specifications
• Translate business requirements and user stories into functional code for both front-end and back-end systems
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Integrate software components and third-party programs to build cohesive and functional application systems
• Design and implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability and performance
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment of software

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of professional experience in a software development role, demonstrating practical application of job area knowledge
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL, as well as frameworks like React or Angular
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Git for version control, and containerization tools like Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and debugging techniques
