Responsibilities
Data Management
Find, extract, transform, check, and encode IDMP-related product and substance master data
Data Comparison
Compare multiple datasets to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and data quality issues
Data Quality
Validate data accuracy and consistency and recommend corrections and improvements across the business
BAU Support
Support Business as Usual activities, backlog management, and data-related requests as required
AI Support
Support AI tool development activities and provide data backfill support for the wider team
Data Analysis
Investigate data issues and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
IDMP Knowledge
Basic to advanced knowledge of IDMP and product or substance master data concepts
Scientific Background
Background in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biology, or vaccinology, preferably at MSc or PhD level
Data Accuracy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with structured and regulated data
Data Quality
Ability to identify inconsistencies, assess data quality, and recommend appropriate corrections
Prioritization
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
Communication
Clear communication skills with the ability to explain data issues and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
