We pride ourselves on our flat organizational structure and collaborative culture. We are expanding our footprint in the Netherlands and are as such searching for a senior developer.
The role
You join our team in Breda as a senior full-stack developer working on our Microsoft/.NET SaaS products for the legal sector. You treat the product as your own: you dig into the domain, question requirements, and take features from idea to production without waiting to be told. You trust your hands-on cloud experience, but stay curious about new technical solutions and you share that experience by mentoring less senior colleagues.
What you'll do
- Design, build and maintain scalable cloud-based SaaS applications (.NET 8+, Azure)
- Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, automated tests and IaC-based deployment
- Maintain and improve our front-ends where needed
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices
- Work in Scrum with product owners, designers and fellow engineers
What we require
- Intrapreneurship: the eagerness to fully understand and embrace the product, and take ownership beyond your own tickets
- Proven full-scope experience with C#/.NET, building SaaS solutions
- Maintenance-level experience with a modern front-end framework
- Demonstrable experience mentoring, coaching or tutoring less senior developers
- Able and willing to work 3 days per week on-site in Breda
- An AI-first mindset: you instinctively consider where AI can accelerate your work and strengthen the product
- Fluent in English
What gives you an edge
- Experience with SharePoint (WebParts/SPFx) and/or Microsoft 365 integrations (Graph API, Outlook, document generation)
- Fluent in Dutch
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
Nice to have
- Full-scope experience with React or Angular — from setting up new projects to maintenance
- Hands-on AI experience: AI-assisted development in your daily workflow and/or building AI-powered features
