What the day will look like* Administration of Pension Schemes for various Ireland clients.
- Involvement in process improvement and stabilization projects.
- Co-operation with the Ireland Client Team and IT Support Team
- Provision of day-to-day administration and support on all work activities and processes related to servicing clients’ requests according to agreed procedures
- Quality control, risks, and escalations, dealing with audit results
- Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions

- Fully proficient English – B2+/C1 - because you’ll be working closely with colleagues from Ireland
- Strong analytical and numeric skills – required when dealing with large volume of financial data (e.g. inconsistency detection)
- Self motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to deal with stress
- Communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time with high quality and paying strict attention to details
- Ability to take ownership and leadership of complex operational tasks & issues and resolving them successfully, working towards short SLAs
