Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will set the analytics strategy by owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and reporting across CSE's AI portfolio.
You will lead and develop a team of 8-9 technical and non-technical colleagues, hiring for open roles as the team's needs evolve. You will also lead key stakeholder relationships by serving as the key analytics partner to Product, engineering, and CSE leadership, shaping how data informs decisions across the function. You will have a high-visibility leadership opportunity as both a strategist and a hands-on people leader —eager to shape how the CSE A&I team measures and scales the impact of its AI-enabled tool.
You will also define and own CSE's data and analytics strategy, translating CSE leadership priorities into a coherent roadmap for metrics, reporting infrastructure, and insight generation. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-9 technical and non-technical colleagues — including data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and program/coordination staff — setting standards and ways of working that fit each discipline, and hiring for open roles as needed.
You will also serve as the key analytics partner to CSE leadership, Product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders; represent the A&I function in planning and strategy discussions and translate leadership priorities into team execution. You will architect the metrics framework and data infrastructure strategy that underpins how the CSE A&I team measures AI tool performance, adoption, and ROI — ensuring it scales across a growing.
You will set the operating model for how analytics work is prioritized, resourced, and delivered across Product Managers, CSE leadership, and initiative owners; own trade-off decisions at the portfolio level. You will elevate how CSE and Product leadership consume data — building the narrative, framing, and storytelling that turns complex analysis into clear decisions.
You will partner with senior leaders across A&E, product, engineering, and activation teams to align on a shared strategy for KPIs, reporting standards, and success metrics across CSE's capability areas. You will design standards for CSE's dashboard and reporting ecosystem, ensuring consistency, scalability, and self-service capability across the team's product portfolio.
