• Firmware Testing
  • Test embedded firmware components for industrial controllers, communications, and platform services across multiple devices
• Feature Validation
  • Verify and validate product features including network protocols, controller runtime functions, and platform or OS services
• Test Automation
  • Develop automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Defect Analysis
  • Analyze defects, identify root causes using debugging techniques, and prioritize complex and critical issues
• Test Frameworks
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks, test environments, and supporting automation tools
• Test Planning
  • Participate in requirements reviews, define test coverage, and create test cases, plans, strategies, and documentation

  • Typically 5+ years of practical experience testing embedded systems firmware, analyzing defects, and supporting issue resolution

  • Typically 5+ years of practical test automation experience in Python across software requirements, design, and testing activities
• Embedded Systems Knowledge
  • Knowledge of embedded systems architecture, real-time operating systems, or network protocols such as TCP/IP and Ethernet-based communication
• Test Framework Development
  • Experience developing test frameworks, automation tools, or test environments for embedded systems
• Testing Methodologies
  • Understanding of software testing methods, test design, validation techniques, and software lifecycle development practices
• Git & CI/CD
  • Practical experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation and Robotics, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
