THE TEAM You will be part of the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with Event Operations leadership, Culinary teams, Stewarding, and fellow service professionals.

This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional event experiences across weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and resort events.

YOUR ROLE As Waiter/Waitress - Event Operations, you will play a key role in the successful execution of a wide variety of events and functions throughout the resort. You will deliver exceptional service while ensuring every detail of the guest journey is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Working closely with the Events, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences that showcase Rosewood standards of luxury hospitality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE* Deliver exceptional service during weddings, conferences, private events, banquets, and special occasions

• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of event spaces according to event requirements and Rosewood standards
• Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service etiquette
• Collaborate closely with Events, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, attentive service throughout the event experience
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menus, beverage offerings, and event specifications

COULD THIS BE YOU?* You have experience in Food & Beverage service, banquets, events, or a similar guest-facing hospitality role

• You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with guests
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and professional under pressure
• You are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high service standards
• You speak fluent English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
