Our Responsibilities

Achieving the sales budget targets set for the shopping centre and individual brands.
Analysing and monitoring the performance of the centre and individual brands in order to support their development, prepare action plans, maximise their potential and improve sales results.
Cooperating with the VM, Leasing and Marketing departments to implement corporate plans, strategies and standards.
Implementing retail projects (training sessions, workshops, job fairs, etc.) to support and motivate brands.
Preparing sales statistics and performance reports.

Our Requirements

3–7 years of experience in a similar position within retail, the fashion industry or shopping centres.
University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Very good knowledge of store KPIs and performance indicators.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience working with a strong brand (premium, large-scale or international company) in a retail-related role, including multi-store and team management.
Knowledge of the business model of shopping centres and/or outlet centres and/or the fashion distribution sector.
