Talent Acquisition Specialist (24-32 hours per week)

Your job

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, from writing job descriptions to interviewing candidates.
• Stakeholder management.
• Maintaining reports.
• You are responsible for Get-e’s employer branding.
• Together with HR, you are responsible for a positive company culture.
• You ensure connections between colleagues.

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of recruitment experience.
• You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
• You are available for at least 24 hours per week.
• You are willing to work from our office in Hoofddorp at least 2 days a week.
