Senior BPO IT & Operations Specialist

Join our BPO team and support international projects focused on finance transformation, digital workflows, process optimization, automation, and IT solutions.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, Business Processes, and IT, collaborating with global project teams, business stakeholders, accounting professionals, developers, and technology partners.

Key responsibilities* Lead and support international finance and accounting transformation and implementation projects.

• Analyze and optimize finance processes across**.**
• Translate business and accounting needs into functional requirements and technology solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation of finance workflow solutions, including requirements, process design, testing, training, and go-live.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvement.
• Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, analyses, and project materials.
• Coordinate workshops, testing, training, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers, solution architects, and external implementation partners.
• Contribute to global initiatives involving AI, intelligent document processing, automation, and innovative business applications.
• Support continuous improvement of implemented solutions.

What we are looking for* Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, ideally gained in accounting, BPO, consulting, finance transformation, or systems implementation.

• Practical understanding of financial process.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into processes and functional IT requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Experience as an Accountant/ Financial controller in an international or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Very good English; German is a plus.
