As a Healthcare Quality Assurance Supervisor at UPS Healthcare, you will be a vital link in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our global supply chain, which handles life-saving products. You will manage the quality systems and regulatory adherence across distributed operations, helping us maintain the highest standards of safety and reliability for our clients and the public.

What You'll Do
- Oversee Quality System Compliance: Ensure the consistent and uniform interpretation and implementation of the Healthcare Quality System across various operations.
- Manage Regulatory Adherence: Maintain all necessary procedures and documents to ensure continuous compliance with the applicable national and international regulatory authority requirements.
- Lead QMS Integration: Plan, manage and execute the Quality Management System (QMS) integration plans for new entities joining the UPS Healthcare global network.
- Supervise Risk Mitigation: Identify, actively manage and minimise risks related to transporting sensitive healthcare products, protecting product quality and integrity.
- Coordinate Audits and Validation: Lead the management of internal, client, and agency audits, and oversee the validation of facilities, systems, and supporting equipment as applicable.
- Drive Project Enhancement: Develop and manage enhancement project plans, oversee their execution, and report progress and status updates directly to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary quality liaison, managing communications with internal groups (e.g., Business Development, Operations), external clients, and various federal and local agencies.
- Manage Direct Reports: In time, you will be providing direct management, coaching, and direction to supervisory personnel within the quality assurance team.
What You'll Need
- Education and Experience: Experience in Quality Assurance or Compliance, preferably within the highly regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or logistics industry.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements enforced by applicable national regulatory authorities (e.g., MHRA, FDA, etc.).
- Quality Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and integrating Healthcare Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Audit Management: Demonstrated success in hosting and managing external (client/agency) and internal quality audits.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing direct reports or supervising high-impact, technical projects.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage communications with senior leadership, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Project Management Acumen + Tech Savvy: Ability to manage complex project plans, tracking execution and reporting progress effectively.
- Travel Flexibility: The ideal candidate must be willing and able to occasionally travel as required to support QMS integration, audits, and remote operational needs.
