Cashier|-in (m|w|d)

for our leisure pool AQUA MARIEN

We offer:

Your tasks:

• Operation of the computer cash register, telephone and intercom system
• Mastery of the tariff system, including additional payments
• Keeping your own cash register and petty cash
• independent accounting of the cash register after the end of the shift and month
• Registration or re-registration and consultations about appointments
• Customer advice, e.g. about wellness, sauna, bath, health courses, rehabilitation sports, children's swimming courses, admission prices
• Organize, manage and issue lost property
• Telephone service: answer, handle, connect calls
• Looking after guests in the foyer and changing area
• Sort, organize and book loan and sales items
• also the work at the cash desk of the bath gastronomy should be mastered

Your profile:

• You are the first point of contact for our guests, collect money and advise our clientele gladly and courteously
• a friendly, courteous and confident manner is required
• a well-groomed and friendly appearance is a matter of course for you
• You work reliably and independently
• Practical experience with electronic cash register systems is desirable
• customer-oriented and flexible thinking and acting, high resilience
