Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Software Lead to drive and coordinate European software and functional deliveries for a major automotive technology program.

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end European software delivery and integration by aligning milestones, release plans, and functional priorities across European engineering teams, RPL, GTEU, and China-based stakeholders.

• Manage software architecture strategies, implementation plans, risks, and progress reporting while supporting validation, defect resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Strong Ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams, functions, and regions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and influence senior stakeholders across regions.
