We are now looking to expand the team with a Senior Java backend developer stationed in Gothenburg. You will be part of a diverse DevOps team that works in two-week sprints and in ten-week program increments delivering Connectivity solutions to the Volvo Group.
In summary you have experience in:
- Java backend programming (at least 5 years of experience), preferably using technologies like Spring Boot, JMS, RelDb (or similar tools)
- AWS (Serverless, node.js)
- Solid experience in using Unix, Linux
- Experience from Test-driven development (TDD)
- Experience of Agile way of working
- Working in a global environment
- Giving and receiving feedback from Code reviews
Good:
- Understanding of scalability and experience of load tests
- Understanding of Microservices architecture and design
Merits:
- Experience in Automotive industry and connectivity.
