Digital Content Coordinator

As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our owned digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand, SEO, and UX best practices. Working closely with marketing, commercial, and digital teams, you will coordinate website updates, support campaign execution, analyse content performance, and help maximise the effectiveness of our online channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a passion for digital content, customer experience, and continuous improvement. As a Digital content Coordinator you will:* Coordinate and implement content updates and landing page creation across company websites and owned digital channels

• Audit website content regularly, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners regarding website updates and enhancements
• Ensure all online content aligns with copywriting, SEO, accessibility, and UX best practices
• Identify content gaps and make recommendations to improve conversion and user engagement
• Manage and prioritise content requests through the shared team inbox, ensuring agreed turnaround times are met
• Support regional marketing teams with maintaining accurate and up-to-date hotel content across platforms
• Coordinate updates and distribution of digital asset management tools, including ICE Portal and related systems
• Act as a subject matter expert for Radisson Hotel Group digital platforms and content opportunities
• Share knowledge, guidance, and training with colleagues on digital content tools and processes
• Support campaign planning, online merchandising activities, and wider digital marketing initiatives

Are you the perfect match?* Previous experience in digital content management, website administration, e-commerce, or digital marketing

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European language skills are an advantage)
• Understanding of online copywriting principles and content publishing best practices
• Familiarity with SEO and user experience (UX) fundamentals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret website performance data
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with CMS platforms such as SDL/Tridion, WordPress, or similar systems
• Previous experience within hospitality, travel, or multi-site organisations
• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Understanding of digital merchandising and online conversion optimisation
• Experience coordinating content across multiple websites or brands
• Knowledge of digital asset management systems
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
