CRM Specialist (Campaign Automations)

At Lebull, we're looking for a data-driven and creative CRM Specialist who knows how to turn customer insights into effective automated communication.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and optimise automated CRM campaigns.
• Build customer journeys across email, push notifications, SMS, and other relevant channels.
• Develop customer segmentation and personalised communication strategies.
• Create automated onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Conduct A/B tests and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and customer support teams.
• Ensure CRM activities comply with applicable regulations and responsible gambling standards.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
• Analytical mindset and experience working with campaign performance data.
• Knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns.
• Ability to design and optimise automated customer journeys.
• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or another subscription-based digital business is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
