About the Team Hiring:
The Campaign Execution team is the operational engine of Graitec's Growth Marketing function. We translate marketing strategy into always-on, measurable programs that generate pipeline and drive revenue across 13 countries. The team spans marketing automation, content, email execution, program operations, and global campaign delivery.
Graitec is 40 years old and moving faster than ever. We are transitioning from a leading Autodesk reseller into a global IP software company — and marketing is central to that transformation. We have brand presence, a large customer base, and a growing product portfolio. What we need now is the execution infrastructure to convert that into predictable, scalable pipeline.
This role exists because we are ready to move beyond campaigns. We run programs — launches, events, seasonal pushes — and we run them well. But we have not yet built the always-on growth engine that compounds over time: the lifecycle programs that never stop nurturing, the automation plays that respond to buyer signals in real time, and the performance loop that tells us what to scale and what to cut. That is what this Director helps build.
Overview:
- The Marketing Director (Global Campaign Execution) builds and leads the global marketing execution engine that converts audience engagement into qualified pipeline — evolving Graitec from discrete campaigns to always-on, AI-enabled growth programs that compound over time.
- Reporting to the VP, Global Growth Marketing, the Director leads a team of five and partners across Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Solutions Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Revenue Operations. The VP sets strategy and organizational direction; this role owns the always-on execution engine and is accountable for its pipeline contribution.
Always-On Growth Engine
- In partnership with the VP, help drive the transition from building campaigns from scratch each quarter to running programs that are always on — spending team time improving what works rather than restarting from zero.
- Design and build full-funnel lifecycle programs — acquisition, activation, expansion, retention — that run continuously and compound over time.
- Manage the operating model within the strategic direction set by the VP — campaign frameworks, channel mix execution, audience segmentation, and the feedback loops that drive optimization
Use AI tools to accelerate personalization, content generation, campaign testing, and performance analysis at scale.
Campaign Orchestration & Pipeline Acceleration
- Execute against campaign strategy set by the VP and Corporate and Solutions Marketing — translating strategy into activated, multi-channel programs.
- Drive the campaign calendar, production timelines, and cross-functional coordination across Growth Marketing, SDR, and Sales.
- Lead pipeline acceleration programs — ABM plays, nurture sequences, and SDR-aligned follow-up strategies — that move opportunities through the funnel.
- Identify the highest-performing campaign motions, build the case to scale them, and present recommendations to the VP for approval.
Marketing Automation, Data & Technology
- Own the global marketing automation platform as a revenue system — not a broadcast tool — ensuring it operates with precision, segmentation, and measurable impact.
- Drive lead scoring, routing logic, nurture architecture, and CRM data quality in close collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Implement the first-party data strategy set by the VP — enabling signal-based, personalized marketing at scale.
- Evaluate and recommend AI-powered marketing tools that improve targeting accuracy, content relevance, and campaign efficiency.
Performance Reporting & Revenue Visibility
- Own marketing's performance narrative — pipeline attribution, campaign ROI, funnel conversion, and lifecycle metrics — reported to the VP and broader leadership on a regular cadence.
- Build the dashboards and data infrastructure that give leadership real-time visibility into marketing's contribution to revenue.
- Drive a culture of measurement, rapid experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making across the team.
Partner & Co-Marketing Programs
- Lead Autodesk MDF/MDP co-marketing strategy and execution — moving from compliance reporting to strategic pipeline generation.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns that integrate with the broader campaign calendar and are measured against pipeline contribution.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, develop, and elevate a team of five — setting high standards for execution quality, accountability, and strategic contribution.
- Build a team culture where feedback loops are fast, testing is the norm, and performance is visible and celebrated.
- Develop each team member's capability over time, moving the team from executors to strategic contributors.
Your Team
You will lead five direct reports spanning automation, content, program operations, and campaign execution:
- Campaign Marketing Manager — Global campaign execution, Italian market, Autodesk MDF/MDP co-marketing.
- Marketing Automation Manager — Global automation platform, nurture architecture, lead scoring and routing.
- Content Specialist — Blog publishing, web content, editorial calendar execution.
- Marketing Programs Manager — Campaign operations, project management, product line and regional activation.
- Email Execution Specialist — Campaign build and deployment, platform operations, list management
This is an execution-strong team with room to grow strategically. Your job is to raise the ceiling.
Key Partners
- Corporate Marketing — Campaign strategy, core content, brand direction
- Solutions Marketing — Product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy
- Digital Marketing — SEO/GEO, paid media, analytics, web performance
- Events & Community — Regional events, community programs, field activation
- SDR Practice — Lead qualification, pipeline acceleration, outbound plays
- Sales — Pipeline alignment, deal acceleration, win/loss insight
- Revenue Operations — Attribution, data governance, pipeline definitions, reporting
Business Purpose & Value Contribution
Graitec is at an inflection point. In the last four years we doubled in size. In the next few years, we intend to do it again — this time driven by our own software, not just the products we resell. This Director role sits at the center of that ambition: if marketing gets this right, pipeline becomes predictable, sales cycles shorten, and the brand shifts in the market.
The role converts marketing strategy into revenue outcomes. It is accountable for the infrastructure — programs, automation, data, and reporting — that makes marketing's contribution to pipeline visible, repeatable, and scalable across all 13 countries.
You will work in a flat, entrepreneurial environment where leaders have real ownership — not a committee for every decision. You will have access to a team ready to grow, a VP who thinks strategically and removes obstacles, and a transformation story that is genuinely compelling in the market.

What Success Looks Like at 12 Months
- The team is running always-on programs — key lifecycle and demand programs are live, being optimized continuously, and not rebuilt from scratch each quarter.
- Marketing has a clear, trusted pipeline attribution model — leadership and Sales agree on the numbers, and they are reported in real time.
- The Campaign Execution team is viewed as a strategic pipeline partner by Sales and SDR — not a service function that produces assets.
- AI tools are embedded in how the team works — accelerating personalization, content, testing, and reporting.
- Each team member has a clear development path and is operating at or above the expectations set for their role.
- Autodesk co-marketing is generating measurable pipeline contribution, not just MDF compliance.
Responsibilities:
- 8–12 years in B2B marketing, with a majority of that time in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign execution leadership.
- Demonstrated experience building always-on marketing programs — lifecycle nurture, ABM, automated demand gen — that were measured against pipeline, not activity.
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Proven change management experience — you have led a team or function through a meaningful operational transformation, not just inherited a working model.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or subscription software — you understand recurring revenue, expansion motion, and the full customer lifecycle.
- AI fluency — you use AI tools actively in your marketing practice and have a point of view on how they change what's possible for a team like this.
- Strong data and analytics capability — you can build attribution models, interpret funnel data, and communicate revenue impact to senior stakeholders.
- Track record of global or multi-region marketing leadership.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in AEC, construction tech, engineering software, or a technical B2B vertical with long sales cycles.
- Familiarity with Autodesk partner co-marketing programs (MDF/MDP).
- Revenue Operations alignment experience — working alongside RevOps on shared pipeline definitions, data governance, and reporting.
- Experience with intent data platforms, CDPs, or signal-based marketing orchestration.
How You Lead:
- You are a builder, not a maintainer — you see the gap between where things are and where they should be, and you close it.
- You lead with data and communicate with executive clarity — metrics tell you what to do, but you decide how to frame it for the room.
- You raise the floor on execution quality while raising the ceiling on strategic ambition.
- You operate at the intersection of strategy and operations without losing altitude on either end.
- You build trust quickly with peers in Sales, SDR, Solutions Marketing, and Corporate Marketing — you influence without authority as often as you direct.
