We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Sushi and Teppanyaki Chef to join a boutique luxury hotel and Michelin Key property opening in November. This is a hands-on dual role for a passionate Japanese cuisine professional with strong technical skills across both sushi and teppanyaki, a solid work ethic, and the confidence to thrive in a standalone restaurant setting. WHAT YOU'LL DO* Prepare and execute a high-quality sushi and teppanyaki menu with consistency, precision, and flair

• Manage both the sushi and teppanyaki stations, ensuring cleanliness, mise en place, and seamless service at all times
• Source and handle fresh fish and ingredients with care, maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards
• Deliver engaging tableside teppanyaki cooking experiences with strong showmanship and guest interaction
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and Executive Chef to deliver a cohesive and exceptional dining experience
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials as the restaurant evolves WHAT YOU BRING* Proven experience as both a Sushi Chef and Teppanyaki Chef in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong technical sushi skills including knife work, fish fabrication, nigiri, maki, and sashimi
• Precision teppanyaki skills including tableside cooking techniques and confident showmanship
• Standalone restaurant experience is welcome; luxury or resort background is not required
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible schedules across a six-day week
• Openness to island living and embracing a new environment - Caribbean experience is not required
• American or Dutch passport is required WHAT'S OFFERED* USD $3,500 gross per month
