We are looking for a senior-level Commercial Finance Business Partner role focused on driving profitable, cash-generative growth across EMEAData Center segment through strategic financial leadership and decision support. Acting as a trusted advisor to segment commercial leadership, the role provides financial insight, challenge to shape business strategies and major opportunities under controlled risk exposure. The position partners closely with segment business heads and collaborates across Zones, Divisions and Commercial Finance teams (Pricing, Deals, COE, CFO) to ensure that financial decisions are aligned. It reports into the EMEA Commercial Finance BP leadership structure and serves as financial voice in key strategic forums.
What you’ll do:
- Strategic Business Partnering embeded in segment leadership discussions to influence direction and outcomes early - providing forward-looking financial counsel on customer opportunities, portfolio choices, and go-to-market strategies
- Serve as financial co-pilot to Segment Directors, ensuring financial insight is aligned with strategic plans and commercial initiatives
- Simplify complex financial and commercial scenarios into clear choices for business leaders, improving decision clarity on pricing, mix, profitability and investments
- Promote a disciplined risk management culture by making tradeoffs transparent (enforcing discipline on cash, margin and risk exposure, identifying unfavorable terms)
- Translate customer/market intelligence into inputs for strategic planning
- Strategic Planing and Profit Planing directional support Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, prefered Master’s or MBA
- Minimum 5 years of commercial finance experience; prior roles as a Finance Business Partner or similar, where you supported sales/commercial teams in a multinational environment Skills:
- Fluency in English is required, additional European language proficiency is a
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI to generate insights and support decision-making.

- Executive storytelling and scenario modeling, ability to simplify complex financial topics into clear executive choices
