Help Build the Digital Infrastructure of Tomorrow as a Heavy Transport Planner About the Role Data Centers are the beating heart of our digital world. Behind every successful Data Center lies a complex logistics operation, where massive transformers, switchgear systems, and other critical components must arrive at exactly the right place at exactly the right time. At Siemens, you will take ownership of planning and coordinating these challenging transportation flows. This is not a standard logistics role. Your expertise in heavy and oversized transport will directly contribute to the successful delivery of some of the world's largest Data Center projects. Do you have the skills to organize complex international transportation operations by road and sea, ensuring critical equipment arrives on site safely and on schedule? Then we would love to meet you. Your Challenge As a Heavy Transport Planner Data Centers, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating complex transportation projects involving large and heavy electrical installations for Data Center projects around the globe. You understand the complexities of oversized and exceptional transport operations. You have experience coordinating heavy transport projects, are familiar with permit processes, route assessments, multimodal transportation, and international logistics regulations, and know how to effectively manage logistics partners throughout the process. Your Responsibilities* Plan and coordinate complex heavy and oversized transportation projects by road and sea.
- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, freight forwarders, and transport companies regarding deliveries and transport schedules.
- Organize permits, route surveys, and special transport arrangements.
- Monitor project deadlines, transportation risks, and logistics costs.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges before they impact project execution. What You Bring* A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in heavy and oversized transportation planning.
- Knowledge of international transportation flows by road, sea, and/or multimodal transport.
- Experience with permitting processes, route planning, and logistics risk assessments.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing transport projects, with a solid understanding of day-to-day heavy transport operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

- A salary range between €4,500 and €5,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
- A Benefits Budget of 22.63%, paid on top of your salary.
