Intern Project Implementation & Master Data

What you will do

• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time.
• Monitoring the implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams.
• Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM (Project Implementation Manager) on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF).
• Supporting the request, management, and follow-up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects.
• Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes.
• Updating HINT (project management tool) with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation.

• 12-month internship, full-time schedule of 8 hours per day (minimum 6 hours per day)
• Start: September/October 2026
• Interest in Operations and Project Management
• Fluent level of English
• Strong teamwork skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
• Flexibility and strong communication skills
• Good command of MS Excel and BI tools
