A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker supporting our Platform Management team, you will work closely with Platform Managers responsible for managing equipment portfolios and driving product competitiveness across their lifecycle in the EQ PPM team. Your day may include analyzing portfolio data, supporting cost-out initiatives, preparing management presentations, maintaining product documentation, and helping coordinate activities across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial stakeholders. You will gain valuable insight into product management, portfolio strategy, and industrial equipment businesses while working in a truly global organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of the Equipment Product & Portfolio Management team, you will support a variety of activities, including:
- Supporting EQ platform managers in activities and deliverables towards PLM@WIND as well as the internal new product development projects.
- Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project and business performance data
- Maintaining NPD portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
- Supporting cost-out and value engineering initiatives through data gathering and analysis
- Preparing presentations for management meetings and decision forums
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and helping implement them.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme within: Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in MS Projects is a plus.
