Your new role
As a Production Specialist – External Manufacturing, you will join External Manufacturing Technology & Optimization (EMTO), a department responsible for supporting and optimising manufacturing activities at Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO’s) producing biologics, synthetic peptides or oligonucleotides on behalf of Novo Nordisk.

- Ensuring alignment between Novo Nordisk requirements and external quality management systems.
- Leading and supporting technical improvement initiatives that strengthen manufacturing performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
International collaboration is an integral part of the position, and you can expect approximately 10–20 travel days annually.

The team consists of 10 experienced specialists with backgrounds in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems. Based in Høje Taastrup, we offer a collaborative environment where technical expertise, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
Joining EMTO means becoming part of a team that combines scientific expertise with business impact, helping to secure a reliable supply chain while building strong partnerships with manufacturers around the world.
