Key Responsibilities

Cargo & Transport Management: Receive, store, and dispatch goods; coordinate transportation arrangements and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Inventory & Data Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, record and maintain logistics data, and generate reports to support management decision-making.

Supplier & Customer Coordination: Maintain effective communication with logistics suppliers; handle customer logistics enquiries and complaints to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Process Optimisation & Compliance: Analyse and optimise logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience; prior experience in logistics or supply chain management, or a relevant degree, is preferred
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and other data management tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Familiar with logistics management systems and warehouse operations
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Dutch is a plus
