About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Expert to combine Level 3 production support with infrastructure project management in a business-critical international environment.

The role involves coordinating technical projects, ensuring production readiness, and contributing hands-on expertise across Linux, middleware, cloud, automation, and container technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 production and infrastructure support;
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through production deployment;
• Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, budgets, risks, and deadlines;
• Manage project governance, reporting, committees, SLAs, and KPIs;
• Implement technical architectures that support business applications;
• Ensure security, resilience, obsolescence, cost, and decommissioning requirements;
• Support DevOps, Agile, and cloud-transformation initiatives;
• Perform technical interventions outside normal working hours or at weekends when required;
• Ensure operational autonomy and effective knowledge transfer to support teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong experience in production support and infrastructure project management;
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux, Oracle, and middleware;
• Experience with WebSphere, Autosys, and CFT;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Experience with Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure Pipelines;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace;
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, SLAs, and KPIs;
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Cloud fundamentals certification or proven cloud project experience;
• Experience in international financial-services or investment-funds environments;
• Knowledge of FinOps, infrastructure decommissioning, and obsolescence management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines senior production-engineering expertise with end-to-end infrastructure project management. You are technically hands-on, confident with international stakeholders, and capable of managing critical projects while maintaining platform stability, resilience, and compliance.
