THE TEAM

You will be part of the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with the Events, Restaurant, and Culinary teams. This role collaborates across departments to deliver exceptional event experiences, ensuring that every banquet, private dining experience, and special occasion reflects Rosewood's commitment to intuitive service, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

As Chef de Rang - Events, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of events and functions at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. From intimate celebrations to large-scale banquets, you will help create memorable experiences that reflect our Sense of Place philosophy and the highest standards of luxury hospitality.With a strong presence on the floor, you will curate the extraordinary through personalized service and attention to detail, ensuring each event is executed seamlessly and every guest feels genuinely cared for.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver exceptional service during events, banquets, private functions, and special occasions
• Ensure event spaces are prepared and presented according to Rosewood standards and event requirements
• Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service throughout each guest experience
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Events, Stewarding, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Manage your assigned section during events, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests in a warm and professional manner
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, and event specifications
• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events and functions
• Handle guest feedback professionally and contribute to the resolution of concerns when required
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards, service rituals, and operational procedures at all times
• Contribute to creating memorable guest moments through genuine hospitality and exceptional service

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar Food & Beverage service role, ideally within luxury hospitality or event operations
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
• You bring a professional appearance and strong service-oriented mindset
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• You thrive as part of a team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across departments
• You demonstrate flexibility and are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• You have a good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• You speak fluent English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
