HR Specialist – EU Pay Transparency Process Support (f/m)

76044139 Your responsibilities
- Process employee requests related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive in line with the defined end-to-end process – from receiving the inquiry, through data validation and analysis, to final response and communication;
- Analyze compensation data and prepare salary benchmark calculations using dedicated tools and internal guidelines;
- Explain to employees in a clear and professional way how their salary is determined, including the reasons behind salary levels or differences in pay;
- Handle sensitive employee inquiries regarding pay, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and a high level of service quality;
- Cooperate closely with regional HR Business Partners and local HR teams to ensure consistent, compliant and efficient handling of all requests;
- Maintain accurate process documentation and support continuous improvement of the service, guidelines and tools;
- Support coordination with external service providers, including onboarding activities, system support and user training when needed. Your profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
- Experience in payroll, compensation, salary administration or a comparable HR area involving pay-related processes;
- Very good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German language would be an asset;
- Experience in analyzing remuneration data and working with salary benchmarks or compensation-related tools;
- Confidence in processing employee requests independently, accurately and in a structured way;
- Strong ability to communicate complex salary topics in a simple and understandable manner, especially when explaining salary composition or pay differences to employees;
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail when working with employees and compensation data;
- Proficiency in HR systems; SAP experience is an advantage;
- Initial understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive is a plus;
- Customer-oriented, empathetic and professional approach, with discretion in handling sensitive personal and salary-related topics;
