Client is looking to transform its budgeting process.

The IIT Budget Tooling initiative aims to replace the current Excel-based budgeting process with a collaborative, scalable solution built on Anaplan.

The new tool will enhance visibility for Tribe Leaders, support multi-user collaboration, and integrate financial controls and dashboards. This transformation addresses the fragility and manual nature of the existing process, reducing dependency on a single resource and enabling better governance and scalability.

The project kicked off in August, entered the build phase in October, and aims for Business Go-Live in February. Client needs to strengthen our technical and functional capabilities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Start date of mission: ASAP Platform: Anaplan (Budgeting & Forecasting) 180 zł - 220 zł an hourMission Deails: Design and build a new Anaplan model for IIT Budgeting and Forecasting, following Anaplan best practices. Define architecture and application design with a strong focus on user experience for IIT stakeholders (GnS for Administration and Tribe Leaders for budget assumptions). Ensure alignment with project timelines by providing regular progress updates and raising alerts promptly to the Product Owner and Proxy PO. Drive UAT sessions with business teams, gather feedback, and adjust the application rapidly based on requirements. Collaborate closely with IIT Product Owners and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

Skills Required

Anaplan Certifications: Level 1 and Level 2 (mandatory) Level 3 / Solution Architect (highly desirable) Strong experience in Anaplan architecture and model building. Ability to design intuitive UX for end users and ensure data integrity. Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes with main drivers: Employees costs Contractor costs Software & Maintenance costs Other IIT costs Business process understanding and requirements gathering. Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of agile methodology and experience collaborating with Jira is a plus. Strong English communication skills / French would be a plus

Your Profile: High degree of autonomy and ownership. Proactive, motivated, and solution-oriented. Comfortable interacting with both IT and business stakeholders. Capable of leading small functional workshops and UAT sessions. Experience in financial planning and performance management tools is a plus.
