Site Engineer III

Your role

The role is critical for sustaining the excellence of data center operations. As an result of their work, the Site Engineer III will:

• Ensure the stable and reliable operation of critical assets, supporting customer equipment availability.
• Optimize infrastructure efficiency and uphold agreed customer SLAs.
• Lead strategic planning and project management efforts to minimize unplanned maintenance and failures.
• Take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the data center facility.
• Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including coordination with subcontractors.
• Manage on-call duties and incident resolution as needed.
• Document and analyze progress, issues, and outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Provide comprehensive supervision, training, mentoring, and guidance to site engineers, fostering their professional development, and contributing to team development and recruitment efforts

What you’ll need

• Technical education / training certification in the field of ‘Mission Critical’ Operations.
• Education to a vocational level in a technical field and/or site engineering position
• Skilled in maintenance of electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
• Preferably skilled in the maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems
• Novice in maintenance of conveyor technique (elevators), and/or technical security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
• HVAC Mechanical and/or Electrical
